When you submit a form or call us, we collect what you give us:

To answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quotation, carry out work you have asked for, and keep records of the work we have done. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
Your enquiry is stored in our own lead system and is emailed to our sales inbox. We use service providers for email delivery, hosting and internal notifications; they process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share your details with builders, real estate agents or other trades without asking you first.
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to completed work are kept for seven years, because electrical and security work carries warranty and compliance obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
This site does not set advertising cookies. If we enable analytics, it will be used only to count visits and understand which pages are useful — not to build an advertising profile of you.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@wissecurity.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
